What are the minimum order requirements?
Our wholesale program is designed with flexibility in mind. Wholesale orders have low minimums so you can test our products without overcommitting. Private label orders typically require higher minimums to cover custom production and packaging, but we’ll work with you to find the right starting point.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We currently ship wholesale and private label orders worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We’ll provide exact rates and timelines when you request a quote.
How long does it take to fulfill orders?
Wholesale orders are usually fulfilled within 7–10 business days. For private label, production and customization take a little longer, generally 3–4 weeks depending on your order size and customizations. We’ll always give you a timeline estimate before confirming.
Can I see samples before placing a large order?
Absolutely. We offer sample sets so you can experience the quality of our candles and scents before committing to a larger order. For private label, we can also provide a mock-up of your custom packaging so you know exactly what to expect.
What support do you provide for new retailers?
